Updating Trinity’s Constitution & Bylaws

Proposed changes will be voted on at a Special Congregational Meeting on Sunday, March 5 immediately following worship.

In March 2022, the Congregation Council chartered a task force to review and update Trinity’s governing documents. Cliff Bronson, Mike Schultz, and Mark Schmidt serve on that task force, with guidance and oversight from Pr. Hector. Since that time, they have been hard at work organizing and updating the Trinity Constitution and Bylaws with an eye toward readability, consistency, and bringing it into alignment with the ELCA Model Constitution, most recently updated in August 2022.
