They say two things in life are inevitable: death and taxes. While we can't avoid them, we can prepare for them. Thoughtful end-of-life planning is a gift to yourself and your loved ones, providing clarity and comfort during challenging times.
On Sundays, February 2 and 9, Pastor Bev and the Pastoral Care Ministers will guide a conversation about planning for your Celebration of Life. You'll receive tools to record your wishes, including favorite Bible passages, hymns, and other meaningful elements. This planning process eases the burden on your loved ones, helping them honor your desires in their time of grief.
In addition, you'll be introduced to Five Wishes, a tool that goes beyond medical Advance Directives by outlining your preferences for spiritual, emotional, and comfort support at the end of life.
