Our Neighbors are eager to come inside for coffee even though it is a gentle summer day. They earned their coffee this morning. Our multi-purpose room setup team was 100% Neighbors. Thank you to Dwight for your leadership.

Edmonds Unitarian Universalist Congregation prepared burritos this morning. Thank you for your early morning cooking, for your pantry donations (a full month's supply of staples), and for your help in preparing grocery bags. And just as important, we enjoy your company!!
It was dental van day. The dental team served 9 patients for such needs as a chipped tooth, cavities, extractions, and/or cleanings. The van is at Trinity from 8 AM until 2 PM to care for these patients. Thank you to Susan for hosting the patients as they wait for their care. This means 6 hours of onsite service, plus countless text messages and phone calls to make and confirm appointments.
Our volunteer team is a bit thin during the summer months. Several are away on vacation or hosting out-of-town guests. Two are home with Covid. If you have three free hours on any Saturday, we will gratefully put you to meaningful work.
